Ms Fai-shuet NGAI has a solid training in Economics and Education. She received her Bachelor degree and Master of Philosophy in Economics at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She has also received her Postgraduate Diploma in Education, with Economics as her major, at the Hong Kong Baptist University.

She has been a secondary school teacher ever since she graduated from university. Currently, she is the panel chairperson of Social & Civic Education, Economics at the China Holiness Church Living Spirit College.

Ms Ngai is a devoted teacher. Besides striving for the best with her teaching methods and materials, she has been very involved to develop students' civic consciousness. Ms Ngai was the leader of projects titled 《政治/公民技能培訓計劃──社區睇真D》 and《多元才能領袖素質培訓計劃──「二十一世紀新領袖」》 on 1998 - 99 and 1999 - 2000 respectively. Currently, she is also involved in a QEF project titled "School-based Curriculum Development & Sharing Scheme (Social and Civic Education)" on Integrated Humanity.

倪飛雪老師簡介

倪飛雪老師在經濟及教育學上均有牢固的訓練。她取得了香港中文大學經濟系學士及碩士學位，及後更在香港浸會大學取得學位教師教育文憑。

自大學畢業後，倪老師便投身教育界，成為中學教師。目前，她在中華聖潔會靈風中學擔任經濟科和社會及公民教育科的科主任。

倪老師不但熱衷於持續改善其教學方法，亦致力培育學生的公民意識。她分別在1998 - 99 及1999 - 2000 負責策劃兩個學生培訓計劃：《政治/公民技能培訓計劃──社區睇真D》 及《多元才能領袖素質培訓計劃──「二十一世紀新領袖」》。目前，倪老師是優質教育基金資助計劃《校本課程統整及網上交流計劃--社會及公民科》的負責人，發展初中課程。
